  1. If you wish to acquire a licence to a technology through this website, you must complete and submit an order form via the website to the supplier;
  2. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the potential licensee’s order form;
  3. We will then send you details of the terms on which University or EI is willing to supply the requested technology;
  4. You will be asked to confirm that these terms are acceptable and that you are authorised to enter into the licence on behalf of your organisation;
  5. We will then despatch confirmation that the terms are agreed.
  • Your confirmation that the terms are acceptable will constitute a formal offer to contract on those terms. The contract will be formed at EI’s place of business when EI confirms in accordance with step 5 that the terms are agreed, which will constitute acceptance of your offer. The communications referred to at steps 1 to 3 and any other negotiations or communications between the parties will not be legally binding.
  • Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
